Municipal Agriculture

 (1) ISSUANCE OF SHIPPING PERMIT ON POULTRY, AND LIVESTOCK.

(a) Essence. From time to time, livestock to include work animals such as carabaos, cows and horses, are transported from this municipality to other LGU’s either for propagation in other areas or for consumption. It is therefore the policy of the Municipal Government that all livestock buyers, fowl and poultry raiser shall first secure a Shipping Permit and Barangay Certification prior to the transport of the animals. The Office of the Municipal Agriculturist shall facilitate the issuance of shipping permit.

(b) Processing Time. If the requirements are complete, this transaction shall be completed within one

       (1) working day and 18 minutes.

            (c) Clientele.

                  (1) Livestock/Poultry raisers and buyers doing business in the Municipality;

                   (2) Any person who plan to transport their Poultry/Livestock outside the Municipality.

 (d) Requirements:

                  (1) Community Tax Clearance (CEDULA);

                  (2) Barangay Certification;

                  (3) Certificate of Ownership for livestock;

(e) Availability of Service: During office days:   Monday to Friday  from 8:00 A.M.to 5:00 P.M.  NO NOON BREAK.

 

             (f) Fees and Charges. The Shipping Permit fees shall be based on the existing municipal tax ordinances – P 20.00

 

             (g) Steps in Providing the Service:

(2) ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATION ON FARM LOT, CROP DAMAGED AND OTHER AGRICULTURE RELATED CERTIFICATIONS

 

                 (a) Essence. The Office of the Municipal Agriculturist is in direct touch with the barangay inhabitants cultivating farm lots and raising livestock. Certifications as to the actual tillers, lot/land usage, crops planted or established and crop damaged of any cause shall be issued by this office.

 

                 (b) Processing Time. If the requirements are complete, this transaction shall be completed within one      (1) working day and 26 minutes.

 

                 (c) Clientele. Farmers/persons who are planning to apply for agricultural certification.

 

                 (d) Requirements:

                        (1) Community Tax Clearance;

                        (2) Barangay Certification;

                        (3) Copy of the Land Title/TAX Declaration;

                        (4) Official Receipt issued by the Municipal Treasury for the certification.

 

                 (e) Availability of Service: During office:   Monday to Friday  from 8:00 A.M.   to 5:00 P.M.  NO NOON BREAK.

                 (f) Fees and Charges. The Certification Fees shall be based on the existing municipal tax ordinances – P 50.00

 

                 (g) Steps in Providing the Service:

(3)  AVAILING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE 

 

                 (a) Essence. The Office of the Municipal Agriculturist is tasks to render agricultural technical assistance to farmers, fisher folk and animal raisers specially poultry and hog raisers.

 

                 (b) Processing Time.  This transaction shall be completed within one (1) working day.                                    

                 (c) Clientele. Farmers/fisher folk and animal raisers.

                 (d) Availability of Service: During office days:  Monday to Friday and from 8:00 A.M.  to  to 5:00 P.M.  NO NOON BREAK.

                 (e) Steps in Providing the Service:
