 (1) ISSUANCE OF CERTIFIED COPY OF TAX DECLARATION 

  1. Essence. Tax Declaration is a document that shows ownership by a person of a certain real estate or real property being typed. The request for the issuance of certified copy of Tax Declaration by any person, whether natural or juridical, owning or administering real property, or his duly authorized representative shall not be denied by the office concerned. The tax declarations shall serve not only for taxation purposes but also serve as good indicators of possessions in the concept of ownership and can likewise be used for other legal purposes. The Office of the Municipal Assessor shall be responsible for the issuance of certified copies of tax declarations.

 

  1. Processing Time. If the requirements are complete, this transaction shall be completed within thirty (30) minutes.

 

  1. Clientele. All real property owners or any persons having legal interest on real property located within the municipality.

 

  1. Requirement:
    1. Official receipt for certified copy of tax declaration.
    2. SS of Real Property
    3. Latest Tax Clearance/ Receipt

 

  1. Availability of Service: During office days:   Monday to Friday  8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.  NO NOON BREAK.

 

  1. Fees and Charges. The client shall pay the Tax Declaration fee as enunciated in the existing municipal tax ordinances.

 

(g)  Steps in Providing the Service:

(2)  PROCESSING OF TRANSFER OF TAX DECLARATION OF REAL PROPERTY

  1. Essence. It shall be the duty of all persons, natural or juridical, owning or administering real property within this municipality to prepare and declare their property for taxation purposes. The person by whom real property is required to be declared shall proceed to the Office of the Municipal Assessor.

 

  1. Processing Time. If the requirements are complete, this transaction shall be completed within one (1) day and thirty eight (38) minutes.

 

  1. Clientele. Property owners declaring real property within the municipality.

 

  1. Requirements:
    1. For the appraisal of land: new/transfer
  2. Certified true copy of free patent, homestead patent or miscellaneous sales application;
  3. Certified true copy of the title issued by the Register of Deeds;
  4. Approved Survey Plan. (if subdivision)
  5.  Sworn Statement latest
  6.  Inspection Fee
  7. DAR clearance if Agriculture
  8. Transfer Tax Receipt
  9. Latest Realty tax receipt

 

  1. For the appraisal of building: new/transfer
  2. Copy of the approved building permit;
  3. Building Plan;
  4. Certificate of Completion from local official;
  5. Report of Inspection of the building; Inspection Fee
  6. In the absence of a building permit, the accomplished affidavit of ownership of sworn statement of the market value of the building.

Note: All transactions must be submitted for approval to the Provincial Assessor’s Office

  2. Fees and Charges. The client shall pay the tax declaration fee as imposed under the existing municipal tax ordinances.

Appraises and assesses property based on the findings made by the assessor in the conduct of ocular inspection, value in accordance with approved SMV. Advises the declarant to wait.
